Welcome to The Motion Studio at HammerFit, a unique and locally owned group fitness concept, based on the idea that the best instructors and classes are the key to success! Group Fitness classes such as Barre, HIIT or Zumba, we offer all of those and much more in our beautiful Motion Studio, taught by the best instructors in the area, on a floating floor that "takes the pressure off". Come and check us out, we are located right next to Hannaford in the Essex Shoppes and Cinema!
