Lone Wolf Lights - Friday Night Lightsabers

Team Captain Andre (.goodgame) and Officer Haru () were the only ones to represent Lone Wolf at the National tournament: Lightspeed Returns.

Andre placed 3rd in the Solo Open and 8th in the Solo Advanced.

Haru placed 5th in Solo Open and 10th in Solo Advanced.

Although they were the only two from Lone Wolf, they weren't the only showing San Diego!

We hope that the word gets out and we can get back to regular practices ASAP!

We are ALMOST at capacity for this Saturday! Online ticket sales end Friday at noon!
Even if you don't compete, come join us, IN COSTUME for a chance at prizes!

We will also be watching some Family-friendly Halloween movies (thanks to ) during the tournament, so get out this Saturday night, in Downtown Escondido and have some fun with lightsabers!

ONE WEEK!
For everyone interested who has never competed before, I highly recommend coming out tomorrow night for a practice session to learn the basics!
Our practices are every Friday night from 8p-11ish. And we even do one on one training (all practice sessions are free to attend and spar!)

Lone Wolf Captain celebrates first time in first place at Lightspeed Saber League 's first Soft Sword tournament!

It was a great day of firsts as Lightspeed explored new territory with the premiere of Lightspeed softsword, a new padded weapon format being tried with the league.

We are launching a *new tournament series* here in San Diego County that we're calling "Friday Night Lights(abers)"!

We plan on hosting a tournament of some degree every month! The Friday Night Lights(abers) tournament series (or FNL) will be A RISK-FREE practice tournament series, focused on getting more people introduced or comfortable in a competitive format without the cost!
Thats correct, FNL will not have entry fees! However they will still be gently prized! (Gift cards, collectibles, etc)

We will have our first FNL tournament at the end of the month and would love for people to come out for it! It will be scheduled on our normal practice nights at , Fridays at 6pm.

We will be limiting the amount of fighters to 7 or 8. Gear CAN BE PROVIDED, but please bring anything you might already have! More details to come via the page (check our bio), so stay tuned!
