Great Opportunity to Train!
AFTER SCHOOL SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING- Fall Session Starts Today! Our summer sports performance camp was so popular that we will be offering this same program throughout the fall for athletes who want to prepare for their winter or spring sport.
This program will focus on general physical preparation and injury prevention for any sport using CrossFit methodologies. During the 12 week fall session (August 25 - November 13), athletes will be exposed to weight lifting, kettle bell training, body weight calisthenics, and high intensity interval training. Be prepared to work hard, and get in the best shape possible going into your season of sport. You do not have to be an athlete to participate. If you are ready to work hard and get in shape, please join us! Workouts are Tuesday - Friday from 3:05 pm - 4:00 pm. You can sign up for a 2 day/week workout or a 4 day/week workout.Cost:2 days/week: Tue-Thu or Wed-Fri - $50
4 days/week: Tue-Friday - $100
All workouts will be held at General Athletics, CrossFit Escondido (237 E Valley Parkway, Escondido, CA) and coached by CAHS coaching staff.
