Hi Yogis😊💕 I will be teaching a Candlelight Yoga for the Summer Solstice with Athleta at the Fashion Valley Mall Sat. 25 at 9pm! Here’s the link to join!

Class will begin at 9p so make sure to bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. After a 45 minute class, we'll have light refrshments and shopping! All attendees will be entered into an $100 Appreciation Card Giveaway.

coming back to our group Yoga practice outdoors again, and today was extra special💫 I introduced a Hatha - Vinyasa practice, new crystals🔮for healing, my cats🐱outdoors for love and towards the end we had two hawks in the trees🦅🌳 So eventful and special🎉 there is a magic to doing Yoga outdoors🪄🕉💞
