F3 Erwin is a group of men committed to helping one another get better in through Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. We meet three times a week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30 am in the Love Chapel Elementary School parking lot.

Big shoutout to one of our own f3 PAX here in Erwin - Brett Blackstock, AKA - Focker ran the Art Loeb thru today topping 30+ miles running on the trail! Focker is our AOQ (site leader) for this year and he’s an inspiration to the rest of us!

Twenty-one showed up this morning for F3 Erwin’s 9 year anniversary workout! 🔥

We’re so grateful for the guys in our community that are working on getting better every day! Thankful to for his leadership this past year and looking forward to taking the helm this coming year!

If you’re a guy in Unicoi county that is looking for some folks to workout with - we meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Erwin!

We meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 am, but this Saturday we will also meet at 7:00 am in the Love Chapel Elementary School Parking Lot. Pax from the region are converging to celebrate nine years of F3 in Erwin. Coffeteria at Steel Rails after the workout.
