We had a successful Toys For Tots shoot on Saturday December 6th with 49 shooters attending. Thanks to everyone for making this a great event... we filled two tall boxes of toys plus a bike! As we turn to 2026, I am making the early push for club membership. If you have already paid ASA for a membership, please let us know and provide your ASA number. We've already had a few new members join Great Swamp Archery Club... so, if you would like to renew your club membership or know someone who would like to join, let us know. 2026 club membership is the same as last year, $50.00. You can VENMO or we can make other arrangements. Our goal is to submit and finalize our ASA club affiliation and insurance paperwork as soon as possible.

I’m looking for people that are interested in a concealed carry class. The date of the class is May 20 and 22nd. It will be in two nights starting at six and ending at 9:30. Good morning Sunshine todays scripture is Proverbs 17vs9. Je who covers an offense promotes love, but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends.

Understand that forgiveness is as much for your benefit as it is for the person who has offended you.
Holding on to bitterness, is like taking poison to punish the one who has hurt you. The only one that dies is you!
If I never talked to anyone who offended me, I would have no one to talk to.
And I am sure I have offended many.
I am a blunt person. I speak the truth as I see it, for i don't know if I will see you again.
What i say is hopefully done in love, but I understand some may be offended.
Wounds of a friend can be trusted.
If a friend hurts your feelings, get over it. That doesn't change the fact that they are your friend.
Holding on to bitterness is like holding onto hot coals. The one who gets hurt is you.
If you hold onto hurt feelings, you become a bitter person, and you have let your feelings steal your joy.
This is the day that the Lord has made, be glad and rejoice in it.
Forgive, as you have been forgiven. May God bless your day in Jesus name I pray Amen. Raymond

Hey I’m trying to find out if there’s any interest in a concealed carry class. The dates I’m trying to lock down are January 21 and 23.If you are interested please let me know either calling me at 252-638-2349 or 252-671-1017 this class be at night from 6pm till 9:30 pm. We will shoot on the following Sunday at 1:pm. If you have any interest in participating please let me know.

Good morning Sunshine todays scripture is Philippians 2vs5-7. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.

As we still celebrate the election, I am struck by the remarks of God's blessings on the election, like he did something magical.
What happened was God fearing people got tired of being walked on, and saw their rights threatened, so they got up and did something about it!
Don't expect to sit on your backsides and expect God to pull you out of the fire!
If you are a true believer, then you are a servant of God, and as a servant and warrior of God, you need boots on the ground.
You need to be in the battle every day, fighting against evil.
We are a lazy people, wanting someone else to do everything.
If you want something to change, get up and do something about it.
Now is not the time to sit and rest. The election was just one battle.
If you aren't willing to fight for what you believe, then you deserve nothing!
Don't expect God to magically change things that you are to lazy to fight for. May God bless your day in Jesus name I pray Amen. Raymond
