Since its inception the club has seen unprecedented success, without winning the elusive National Championship. In our inaugural season we won the Eastern Keystone Conference and defeated the Boston Aztecs to win the Northeast Division, on our way to the National Championship game, which we lost in overtime 2-1 to Sonoma County Sol. This was our first and only loss of the season, finishing with an
11-1-1 record. In 2010, we narrowly missed out on the post-season, finishing second in the Northeast Keystone Division to FC Sonic Lehigh Valley (10-1-1), despite a 10-2 record. In 2011, after winning the Keystone Conference and Northeast Division, we again progressed to the National Final Four, losing to eventual winners Jacksonville United 4-2. We ended the season in third place, defeating the Milwaukee Bavarians 5-0 in the third place playoff. The 2012 season would again see us narrowly miss out on the post-season playoffs. Despite finishing top of the Great Lakes Midwest Conference with a 6-5-1 record, we lost to AFC Cleveland on penalties in the new conference playoff format. In 2013 we returned to the National semi-finals, were we lost to eventual winners RVA. Finishing third in the Great Lakes Division we traveled to Detroit to play Buffalo and then undefeated national number one Detroit in the conference playoffs, winning the latter game 4-1 to progress to the Midwest playoff. We defeated Quad City Eagles to advance to the National Final Four for the third time in five years. In 2014 we finished second (6-6-2) in the Great Lakes East Conference finishing one point behind Fort Pitt Regiment. With only the champions and the best second placed team across three conferences making the regional Final Four, we missed out on the post-season for only the second time in our history. Several players have progressed through our club and moved on to clubs across the world; Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, as well as those who are now playing at a higher level within the American system at USL and MLS clubs.
