Week 1 of the Girls Strength & Movement Program at Lewko Tensity was a success! 💪

Led by Coach Lauren, the girls learned the foundations of strength: athletic stance, core bracing, squats, hinges, push movements, and pull movements.

Nutrition focus of the week: Food is fuel.
The girls learned how to build a strong snack with protein + carbs + color.

Each girl also went home with a handout recapping what we covered, at-home workouts, and nutrition tips/recipes to keep practicing at home.

We’re so proud of this group and can’t wait for Week 2!
