They are still biting. 53 in the AM today. And tonight's boat leaves the dock soon. Parking isn't bad, spots open up often with tall ships and the road IS open all the way to smugglers!

Today the Edward John, one of the oldest fishing charters on the lake had the honor of taking the Sons of Lake Erie Veterans trip out for the morning! Check out Erie News Now Video. A potential Women's Vetranan trip is coming up. If you know, or are a women vetran that would like to come fishing contact the Sons of Lake erie!

Veterans make sacrifices for our nation, and on Tuesday morning, a local non-profit gave back to those who fought for our country.
