Not your typical post from me, however the phoenix project is going to be a pretty cool and challenging obstacle course in erie next year organized and run by just a local regular.

He is running the hill at frontier today and adding weight depending on how much money is raised.

His last run is at 8, I will be there, please come and join for one up the hill and back down.

Class tonight at Crunch, this class is kind of like a hyrox style but with some shenanigans 🤪
