People need wellness, wellness in their own terms for their own soul and body. Basically, what wellness means to you doesn’t mean the same to another. Wellness is as unique as every individual.

I sort of wanna say, duh. I am glad to see some actual acknowledgment of this as I’ve seen many, many posts on social media that there are no food that are ”bad” for you. Well the USA FDA allows a lot of ingredients in our foods that other countries consider unsafe and don’t allow. It’s shocking what our standards allow.

Officials say ready-to-eat meals are often less healthy than natural food because of the addition of items like chemical additives, sugars and salts.
