Happy Easter from our family to yours! 🐰🐇 🐣

Even on Easter, he's working 🤦‍♀️ I'm slaving in the kitchen to walk out to this. Chip won't leave his side while he is cleaning up some old tubing T's.

Looks like we MAY be hitting the end of our season. We haven't boiled in 4 or 5 days. We are going to try to wait out this next little cold spell that's coming Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to see if maybe we can make some commercial grade syrup.

But as of right now, our 2026 totals are 708 gallons of Grade Table Syrup and then 28 gallons of off flavor, commercial grade syrup for a total of 736.

We thank everyone for following us along on this season and for all of the support you have all shown! We appreciate each and every one of you!!! ♥️

Hey Friends! We just wanted to let you know that we will not be boiling today as we have no sap!

However, somebody should be there between 11:00 and 2:00 if you wanted to stop to get any maple products!

A huge congratulations to our YOUNGEST winner, Wrenley!!!

Her Daddy brought her up to claim her prize! She doesn't have a choice now, she's a Mud Road Sugar House lover for life 😂😂♥️

We also boiled tonight...I BELIEVE DJ said he did 44 gallons of Dark Robust tonight which puts our yearly total up to 🥁 704 gallons!!!

We are for sure going to be doing a countdown here soon...we are hoping to break our record year this year and that would be AMAZING!! Especially knowing how much hard work went into this season especially with us applying for the grant, being approved, getting some new equipment, setting up the monitoring system, plus all the work in the woods...it's just going to be an amazing accomplishment for the guys for sure!!!

We hope mother nature continues to provide!!! 🍁

What an amazing ending to our two Open House weekends!!!

We are so grateful for each and every person that came out to support us and visit the sugarhouse!!! We seen so many familiar faces, and SO MANY new faces!!! We hope that we provided a memorable experience for you and your family/friends!!! We take a lot of pride in doing what we do and we hope you all enjoyed it!!!

I know the guys are beat. My husband came home, just got out of the shower and I'm timing for falling asleep within 6 minutes 😆😆😂 His dad, probably about the same.

We are also so very thankful for all of the people the show up year after year to help out. Whether it's setting up, cashing out, our security guard 🙈😂, our pancake/fritter makers, the sap gatherers, the emotional support 😂😂 and everyone and everything in between, we APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!! None of this would be possible without you!

Maple season isn't over yet!!! The sap is probably going to run like crazy tonight...we are really hoping to beat our record this year!

I will keep you posted on the updates throughout the week and through end of season

Also, while I'm typing this, I hear snoring...it was LESS than 6 minutes from shower to couch to snoring 😂😂😴💤

What a great day for our second to last day of Open House!!!

It was a busy one that's for sure! We seen many familiar faces and so many new faces!!! We are so grateful for all of you that came out in the cold to come visit!!!

Tomorrow is our LAST day of Open House, we will be there 10am-4pm! There will be no horse and buggy rides, BUT we will have our famous CORN FRITTERS and also, Maple Soft Serve!!! 🍁🍦

We will be at it again for the final Open House of the season! Thank you to Upper Hudson Maple for this awesome video!!!

This weekend, both Saturday and Sunday we will be at the sugar house for Open House 10am-4pm...some of you may of heard on the radio only until 2pm on Sunday, that was an error :)

Both day we will have Corn Fritters with Fresh Maple Syrup and the soft serve Maple Ice Cream.

Saturday we will have horse and buggy rides.

We will have all of our delicious treats for you to try and buy and all of the other fun that comes along with our Open House!!!

Can't wait to see you there!!!

Another night of boiling!!!

Here's an update for this evening! I'll update this post when I have totals of syrup made!!!

But for now...you get this guy 🙈😂🍁

We made 55 gallons of Amber Rich for a total of 622 gallons so far for 2026!!!
