Our first ever Sporting Day was a great success!

This event would not have been possible without our sponsors:

Tomorrow is the day! We hope you are ready for a party! We will ride rain or shine, but please put in those prayers and good vibes for good weather!

If you didn't reserve a ticket ahead of time, no worries. We will take walk-ins as well. All participants must check-in at the clubhouse.

The courses are set, the awards are ready, and we need to know if you plan to be there! If you have not already RSVPed for Bridlespur Sporting Days please do so by Friday (5/8) so that we have a good head count for dinner.

We are looking for YOUTH teams for the team chase. A team must include at least 2 riders under 18 years old, and may include one adult guiding rider. All jumps are 2’8” and under. Look at some of these custom, gorgeous prizes!

The 98th opening hunt for Bridlespur with our huntsman, Barrett DuPree. The rain stayed away, everyone was turned out beautifully and it was a spectacular day.

The rain held off for our 2025/2026 opening hunt and it was a fabulous day. We were treated to fanfare and hunt melodies by two members of the St Louis Symphony Orchestra, Roger Kaza, Principal French Horn, and Tod Bowermaster. Not only did they dress up for the occasion, Mr. Bowermaster brought and played a Perinet trompe de chasse from the 1800s. The French horn holds a significant place in hunting traditions and Bridlespur was honored to have two members of the SLSO join us for the beginning of our 98th season.
