Bittersweet moments like this make me so thankful for incredible friends. The Garage is officially closed and the new tenants are in. This amazing crew helped me with the last of it. I’ve said it a million times and I’ll repeat it forever, I am blessed.

Please, come say “hi”, 8:30am TRX or 4:15 TRX. (And bring tissue.) I wish I could tell you how hard today is because the last 8 years with all of you has been life changing. I’ve made forever friends that have become family. It’s not goodbye, it’s see you soon. I love you.

After eight incredible years full of laughter, joys, tears, victories, friendships, love, and true strength…. The Garage will close her doors. She’s a tough one by a pandemic proved to be tougher. I choose to remember all of the great things that came from the Garage walls. This is where my chosen lifelong family was born.

Thank you, Enumclaw. Thank you dear sweet people who lifted me up, supported me, believed in me. I will always love you.

Come by and say hi, maybe even get a masked/vaccinated hug. The doors will close Wednesday, November 24th.

How can it really be EIGHT years that the Garage has existed? It stared on this day in 2013, I shlepped kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX straps, and bands around in my old Jeep - going home to home providing personal training. A few months later I moved into the original Garage, a real garage owned by dear friends. After 3 years of personal training and small group fitness classes, I was able to open the Garage on Cole street - we’ve been open almost 5 years! Cheers to 8 FABULOUS years!
