Troy, OR and the Grande Ronde/Wenaha confluence Troy is a small community in Wallowa County, Oregon at the confluence of the Grande Ronde & Wenaha rivers. Wildlife is often seen within minutes of town.

Troy is west of Flora off OR Rt 3 near the WA state line. Troy is a community in the very corner of northeast Oregon. The town nestles at the banks of the Grande Ronde and Wenaha rivers. Troy is best known for rafting, hiking, fishing, hunting and its proximity to several national forests and wilderness areas. Elk, mule deer, whitetail, Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep, turkey, black bear, bald eagles

, osprey, otter and beaver are most common, with an occasional sighting of cougar and bobcat. Wildflowers are showiest in May and June. Only a handful of residents reside in Troy year round. Troy boasts a resort that includes a restaurant, cabins and areas to hook up an RV or stake a tent.
