Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Certification from the Nosara Institute, and attended various trainings for teachers: Yin Yoga with Biff Mitthoefer, Vinyasa Flow Intensive with Seane Corn, restorative, Hips and Knees, with Judith Lasater, etc.

Midnight Barred owls
Hiding from the moon
Argue a boundary line

Down by the pond
The spring peepers titter
‘They’ll hoot till the end of time’

Meanwhile the Maples
Recovering from birth
Softly whisper the latest news

‘Redstarts and Flycatchers
Are fighting it out
Deciding whose pasture is whose’

‘And did you hear there’s an Osprey
In the pines by the pond
Eating those newly stocked trout?’

Every critter and insect
Every plant, every rock
Knows who and what is about

A late evening shower
Releases the fragrance
Of the earthen cycles of years

At Windhoek Farm
Time’s just the backbeat
For the music of the spheres
