We are thrilled to announce that coach Hannah will be joining our team here at Rilion Gracie Denver!

has been training since 2015 and is a black belt under the Ribeiro lineage.

She does an incredible mobility work for bjj athletes and will be running a LADIES ONLY program that is set to start on August 1st (every Friday at noon)

Please welcome her to the team and if you are a lady who wants to start training but is a little intimidating with the idea of rolling with men, here’s your chance to start and learn from one of the best female coaches in Colorado
