The process is a wonderful thing!
I’ve been doing heavy 5x5 the last few weeks starting at 145. Today for the first time I hit my first set of 5 at 185! It’s not so much about how much weight I’m putting up but the fact that I’ve been able to progress and break through my plateau fuels the fire within me to keep on going.
I haven’t always been the most confident, talented or strongest but I never give up... challenging yourself is the only way to grow not just in the gym but in life. If I have any advice to give today it’s this... Be the best version of you and do it RELENTLESSLY! You have the power within you to accomplish anything so don’t give up on your goals because the doubt failure leaves behind. if plan A didn’t work tweak it till it does, YOU HAVE THE POWER! shouts to for the spot 💪🏽💪🏽

Back like I never left, haven’t touched over 225 in a few months today I hit 255 for 1 failed at 275. I’m coming for 325 this year as a personal goal.
I feel like setting short term and long term goals go hand in hand. The long term goal is what you ultimately desire, so the short term goals in that case should be the steps that get you there.
Sometimes we plan and succeed but more often than not we plan and fail, don’t feel discouraged keep fighting for the end goal by constantly setting up short term goals to knock down.
What are your goals for for this month? Or this year?

🎉🚨CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 🚨🎉.
I just want to send a huge shout out to my client and friend Lali Ann !! Whoop 🙌🏽 💪🏽 she started her fitness journey about 5 months ago, she was already committed to bringing out the best in herself when we met back in November.

Since working on her diet and undergoing strength training I’m proud to say she is down 20+ lbs in just the last 2 1/2 months down 64 TOTAL since September! 🤙🏽

Have you ever sat there and wondered which supplements to use to reach your fitness goals? 🤔🤔
Most people think supplements are the fastest way to reach your goals and that they are totally necessary, others feel like they aren’t needed at all. Depending on the person and what goals they are trying to achieve both are correct BUT...(be it mass gain, weight loss, or overall health) let me be the first to tell you that without proper NUTRITION and DIET supplements will only leave you disappointed and unsatisfied. Sure preworkout gives you a boost for your workout, and protein intake is important, bcaa’s to help aid in protein synthesis and quick recovery, but Supplements alone will not get the job done. It can only complete or enhance something. So ensuring you are filling your dietary needs is crucial in fitness and for overall health. @ Englewood, New Jersey
