Love it when our customers get creative.

Last week I called, had some questions answered, and received my BFF in seven days. Today, flying with an xl mtb split in two, wheels in a separate bag. Cha ching. $200 saved. As I'm walking away I hear one lady say to this other "is this bag okay here?" She replied "yeah it should be fine". I just kept walking. Thanks, Gavilan!

For the last 10 years or so, every couple of years I have taken a long weekend to visit family in and around Cloudcroft, New Mexico. Every time I go, I think about big rides up in the mountains. Unfortunately, it never has seemed reasonable to pay upwards of $250 in baggage fees for a couple of rides over a long weekend. Not to mention having to rent a bigger car to haul around a box or hardcase.

Fortunately, the BFF makes travel with bike so amazingly easy. Not only did I get in the ride that I have been eyeing, Alamogordo through Cloudcroft to Ruidoso, but I also bagged the 10700 foot Buck Mountain summit adjacent to Ski Apache.

After a number of trips throughout the United States and a big one to Australia earlier this year, I couldn't imagine travelling without my BFF. Thanks!

The photo was in Rio before returning home, but now we are hitting the skies again to Shanghai and once again everyone has checked in for FREE! That's gotta be over $3000 saved this month.

Tour do Rio is off to a great start. 4 Gavilán BFFs got checked in for free, no questions asked. $800 saving right there plus 5 more just got checked in at Denver for free. Totalling $1175.

Wow, I have lost track of how much money I have saved flying this year. No charge going to Chicago today with the bike. I felt bad cause the guy next to me had a big case and got charged $150.

We have 5 BFFs flying out of Boise this morning, 3 on Southwest and 2 on United, all checked in free of charge! Gotta love it. Can't wait to be home.
