Didn’t sign up but have been quietly flowing along, we see you too!

Our theme this season is “flow state”- which means to become so immersed and in the zone of an activity, that you lose yourself in it because of how satisfying it is. We hope you are feeling all of that, as you have worked so hard for it!

In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, this immersive experience is designed to support deep relaxation, emotional well-being, and full-body restoration.

Through a thoughtfully layered sound experience led by Brittany, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can reset.

Carol will offer Reiki energy healing throughout the experience, providing gentle, supportive energy to encourage emotional release, energy rebalancing, and a return to calm, grounded presence.
