It was nice to measure my fat, muscle, and water levels in my body in less than 1 minute with no dunking , pinching and no discomfort. I weighed in at 174 pounds which is the heaviest I’ve been 💪🏾 during the test I found out that I have almost 114 pounds of water 💧my lean body mass is 41 pounds which includes the weight of all my organs, my skin, bones, my body water and my muscles. My body fat mass is 19 pounds. The sum of all three equals my current weight at 174 pounds 💪🏾 my present body fat is also at 11%

🏋🏽 Lifting gives you muscle definition along with giving you some shape. Lifting weights helps out your booty🍑 people are also impressed when they see a strong woman as well.

A not so fun fact is that the peak of where your bones have reached maximum strength and density actually starts before the age of 30. That’s why starting young is so important.

🔑2️⃣ Estrogen, which helps balance bone mineral buildup and breakdown, decreases as women enter menopause. Add this drop in estrogen levels to the fact that women tend to have smaller, thinner bones than men to begin with, and it’s no surprise that, of the estimated 10 million Americans with the weak bone condition known as osteoporosis, 80 percent are women.

The Facts📓

Genetics also plays a role in whether or not your clients can obtain a flat stomach or a “six-pack” look to their abdominals. Having said that, two types of exercise can help: strength training
The 🔑
Heavy things.. Squats, Deadlifts, lunges , pushups , chin-ups , rows and presses are big compound movements that work the core and should stand as the foundation to your workout and cardiovascular exercise. The abdominals are just like any other muscle group: For their definition to become visible, they must grow larger and the fat that lies over them must decrease. What makes the definition of the abdominals so difficult to see is that they are situated in the area of the body that contains the most fat. Strength training the abdominals is only half the story. You will get a flat stomach only if they combine strength training with cardiovascular exercise to get rid of the fat. Most clients do not do nearly enough cardiovascular exercise to decrease their body fat percentage to a point where they would see their abdominals. Even when the aerobic exercise stimulus is adequate, the role of diet must not be underestimated. All people with a flat stomach or six-pack have a very low percentage of body fat.
Abdominal crunches are just as effective as any piece of equipment to train the re**us abdominis muscle, the main muscle in the abdominal region(As your improve your abdominal strength, they can make crunches more demanding by performing them on a movable surface, such as a resistance ball.

Curls and power jacks with two barbells Strength.. not a weakness. My videos are for a entertainment purpose to get engagement from my loyal followers. I constantly get people calling my stunts outrageous or stupid for no reason. If this applies to you my post are not for you in reality they’re for my loyal followers and most importantly myself.
