Wondering what training at FENIX actually looks like… Let me walk you through it!

Every session is built around our framework — Mobility, Stability, Strength. In that order. Every time. There’s a reason for that sequence and we never skip it.

We start with soft tissue work or manual therapy — addressing the areas that NEED it before we ask your body to perform. Then we move into dynamic activation and neurological drills to get the nervous system primmed and ready to go.

From there, you can expect to go through core and stability work. This isn’t a “filler” — it’s the foundation that makes everything that follows safer and more effective.

We then move into strength. Your anchor lifts — the heavy, intentional work that builds you over time. Followed by accessory exercises that reinforce those movement patterns and addresses the full picture of your fitness.

Wow finish with either conditioning to build your work capacity. And threshold — or parasympathetic cool down to help your body start the recovery process and regulate. Both are intentional. Neither is random.

The result? You move better, feel better, and get stronger — without the feeling like you have to leave destroyed for the workout to count. Thats by design.
