Most people try to build a “shelf” with RDLs…
and feel their lower back instead of their glutes.

Here’s how to fix it 👇

• Soft knees
• Push hips BACK, not down
• Keep your spine locked in
• Keep weights close
• Lower slow until glutes + hamstrings stretch
• Drive hips through and squeeze hard

Think: hips back → stretch → squeeze 🍑

No hinge = no glutes
No stretch = no shelf
No control = no growth

The Noble community would like to congratulate Jon Glassman on making history by becoming the first Noble client to reach 500 training sessions recorded.

Jon is a model of consistency and truly plans his life around his sessions. He trains 3 days a week and ensures that even if he is traveling, he will double up on the weeks he is home to keep his average at 12 sessions per month. That level of commitment is rare—and it’s what makes Jon a truly special athlete.

Jon is an avid tennis player and has used training as a way to bulletproof his body from injury—and in the process, has become incredibly strong and hit lifetime personal bests.

Jon is a shining example of what it means to be Noble. He motivates others, always brings great energy, and consistently shows up ready to work. He cheers on and roots for others to succeed, making everyone around him better.

The Noble community is extremely proud of you, Jon, and we look forward to celebrating another 500 sessions with you. 💪
