Start your day strong with Sunrise Sweat Club—a 16-week summer program designed to build strength, boost endurance, and create consistency in a supportive, high-energy environment. As the sun comes up, so do we—ready to put in the work and feel our best all summer long.
Each week brings a variety of workouts to keep things fresh and effective, including strength training, HIIT, bootcamp circuits, core work, and cardio-focused sessions. No two days feel the same, so you’ll stay challenged, motivated, and never bored.
This program is built for all fitness levels—whether you’re just getting started or looking to push your limits. Every workout includes modifications and progressions, so you can move at your own pace while still getting results.
