NEW CLASS ALERT!!

BBL - Butt, Belly, Legs is a circuit based class, aimed at toning and strengthening your core, back, and lower body! You can expect a high energy, fun workout that will leave you feeling the burn!

BBL will run every Tuesday (Starting 07/05) 4pm-4:45pm @ Every Body Strength and Fitness (3125 E Main St, Endwell, NY 13760), please DM or text 607-727-2889 to reserve your spot, spaces per class are limited to 6!

First class is FREE and each following is $10

Hello! My name is Emily Gunn - a twenty something, dog mom, workaholic, and just recently a Certified NASM Personal Trainer! Over the past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to start working with Matthew Barrett @ Every Body Strength and Fitness to gain some hands on experience (and confidence) to finally start my career in fitness.

Under The Gunn: Personal Training and Wellness is committed to not just putting your physical health “Under the Gunn,” but each ‘dimension of wellness’ to inspire overall better living!

I'm very excited to share I’ll be offering individual/partner/trio personal training sessions and a variety of strength and cardio small group classes! If anyone is interested in personal training or classes, please feel free to shoot me a DM or email to [email protected]!
