I'm comforted by the predictability of Newtonian physics. I'm intoxicated by the uncertainty Quantum physics. However, I'm disappointed that many scientists have so little imagination. When did we forget how to dream? Where are the philosophers? Why this preoccupation with skepticism? What happened to asking the difficult questions? What happened to making the impossible, possible? Are we so afraid of failing that we refuse to even try? Is the price of failure too high? Is it high enough?
