Labor Day and the beginning of the school year are just days away here in upstate NY. For me the upcoming fall can be very intuitively chaotic. The shift in seasons always are for me. This blend really helps diffuse the stress for me. Yes, I really did just say "diffuse the stress" lol!
Followers have asked why I make it a point to share a diffuser recipe every week, and it's because essential oils can be highly effective at helping us shift our moods and feelings by engaging our olfactory system.
Smells are handled by the olfactory bulb, the structure in the front of the brain that sends information to the other areas of the body's central command for further processing. Essential oils are not just great for scenting your house, they're good for you too :)
Why diffuse essential oils? If you enjoy candles you will love diffusing a whole lot more. Candles are one of the most toxic things in a household, so it makes sense to swap them out with something that can be good for the body, mind and spirit.
