PSC Master Trainer Jess Pate is proof that a Pilates certification can take you farther than you ever imagined.

From opening new studios and launching her own boutique business, Calibrate Pilates, to working with professional athletes including Cy Young Award winners and back-to-back World Series Champions, Jess has built a career that’s uniquely her own.

“I’ve been a PSC Certified Instructor for 11 years. My PSC journey has opened doors I never knew existed. I’ve been able to bring Pilates into studios that never had it before, help open new studios, all while creating my own business.

I opened Calibrate Pilates in 2020 and have since built my clientele to include professional athletes. I’ve also had the incredible opportunity to become a PSC Master Trainer. It is an absolute dream and honor to train and certify people through the same program that trained and certified me.

PSC gave me the autonomy to go the direction I wanted with my certification. Without PSC and my mentor, Kelly Snailum, I wouldn’t have the successful business I have today.”
