"How do I find the best fitness studio for my needs?"

If this is a question you've asked yourself, here is the formula we believe is best.

1. Do some online research to find out what's available in your area (it needs to be close-by).

2. Make a short list of the studios that look appealing to you.

3. Call them up and have a conversation about them about what they offer, how they can meet your needs, prices, etc.. You can learn A LOT about a studio based on how they interact with you on the phone.

4. Narrow down the list based upon your phone conversation and try out the top three to five to see how they feel to you. A studio will either FEEL RIGHT OR NOT.

5. Choose the one that feels right. But make sure you're basing that on the research, phone call, and personal experience trying them out.
