I remember when I used to mealprep like this😂 what a throwback…

😅While meal prepping like this is aesthetically pleasing & possibly satisfying to put together…

🗣A much more convenient way to stay consistent with your meal prep is to:

1️⃣Put the different foods in their own containers
2️⃣When it’s time to eat, put a plate on a food scale to weight all your portions out

This will also allow you to easily weigh your sauces / condiments at the same time!

🔐Fitness influencers rarely show this side of the game...

🌞As some of you may know I recently took a week off and visited home for a much needed break.

😅Although I posted a picture from my break where I look like I’m in shape, it was taken at the very start of the week before I let loose!

⏳During that week I wanted to enjoy myself so I neglected my fitness goals & was eating whatever I wanted

📸 I took the first picture at the end of the week while I was assessing the damage 🥴

😔I felt gross, bloated & didn’t like what the scale was telling me.

📸The second picture is was taken a week after getting back on track.💪🏽

😁 I felt much better & already almost back to 100%!

✨The point I want to make with this post is that you shouldn’t be afraid to enjoy yourself sometimes!

🗣Fluctuations in weight are completely normal! It’s all apart of the game & it happens to the best of us!

🔑The best thing you can do it get back to the grind like nothing ever happened and I’m sure you’ll start to feel like yourself again soon enough!✊🏽😇

🗣What I explain in the video is how to enter a calorie deficit. Which is the ONLY way to lose weight!

Setting the calculator to weightloss will put you at about a 500 calorie deficit.
