Rob Slick Racing Rob Slick Racing is a S. Cal based kart racing team. Since it's inception in 2007, it has amassed an impressive collection of used kart tires.

Rob Slick Racing (RSR) was founded as a racing organization with the goal of amusing it's lead driver and founder Rob Slick without bankrupting it's founder or financiers. (wife)
Racing on a shoestring budget, RSR could be identified on raceday by it's unique Dodge Caravan transporter with flaking paint, drooping headliner and a kart somehow wedged inside. The early results were about as impressi

ve as the Dodge Caravan. RSR has evolved into an organization still mainly focused on avoiding bankruptcy, but has managed to achieve some milestones in the process:
1. Podium finishes in Gatorz, SDKA, F100 Karters and top five finishes in SKUSA TaG Masters division
2. No serious crashes resulting in injury or more importantly, lawsuits.
3. Impressive collection of used kart tiires

2025 ProKart Challenge karting season ended with pretty mediocre results compared to 2024. Frustrating and disappointing year with no wins, poles, or podiums, and basically ran off pace, mid pack all season. However, there is always something to laugh about, so not all bad:
1. Due to consistency and perseverance, I got enough points to finish second in the KA 100 Masters Championship
2. At the SuperNats karting national finals in Las Vegas, there was video of me in the ProKart Challenge ad for 2026 that they showed on the big screen 1000 times. Kind of an unflattering squidward-esque shot of me with my helmet and balaclava , but as PT Barnum said, "Any advertising, is good advertising" Ha Ha.

Been racing for a few years nows, and finally stepped up this year to have my helmet painted. I really like the subtle four leaf clovers in the matt black paint for good luck. Big thanks to Alex Alive of AliveDesigns for doing an amazing job, and hopefully it'll make me faster!

Missed a couple races so ended up fourth in the 2024 X-30 Masters Championship in the SKUSA ProKart Challenge. For the four races I entered, I got two wins and two seconds, so it was my best year of racing since I started in 2007. Thanks to HRT for the tuning, and P1 Engines for the power.

The video is the X-30 Masters races at K1 Circuit in the SKUSA ProKart Challenge series on Aug 24 & 25, 2024. Both races ended up with identical podiums, and uneventful 2nd place finishes for me. Ended the season with 2 wins and 2 seconds out of four races, so not a bad year.
