ACCOUNTBILITY CHALLENGE!
Dates: October 14th -November 12th.

This is going to be our 30-day accountability challenge!
The goal of this is for you guys to team up with 2 other people to make a group (3 people in total per team). If you are a new member and don’t know anyone, this is a great opportunity to get to know some of our members, we can put you down on a list and pair you up with other like-minded individuals to help fill your team of 3! If you want to be on a team with friends you already know from the gym you can tag them on the page, you can contact them yourself, or if you have a friend or family member who has been wanting to go to the gym they can join your team, we do allow non-members into this program.
The main point of this is accountability! Getting you into the gym and consistent. This is normally the time during the holidays that people fall off or lose motivation. Now with this program you’ll have the whole gym pushing you along with your team to stay accountable to get all 18 days of workouts in! You will be issued a meal plan through the HCF diet app.
