Tom Braun has had a lengthy career in coaching. A champion athlete, he graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Health and Fitness and gained an AA rating in grass and beach volleyball. In 1988, Tom joined the Magdelena Ecke YMCA and starting teaching group fitness the following year, which he continues to do now. Over 17 years Tom has taught at many YMCAs. He teaches step, aerobics, aqua, spinning, beach/indoor volleyball, weight training, and stretching. He has been a certified, insured trainer since 1990 (AFAA-IDEA). He is current in CPR and First Aid. Spin class schedule:
