MBDY + Be MBDY + Be is a gathering space for aware individuals to connect through Movement, Dance, Barre, Yoga Reach deeper into ourselves to better relate to each other.

We're thrilled to announce that this page will now be a gathering space for inspirational and like minded individuals to connect through Movement, Dance, and community events. Stay tuned as we roll out opportunities to explore ways to stay healthy, balanced, fit and connected. We will support each other as we experiment and push past our comfort zones.
