There is nothing better than a self-led workshop. We broke out our manuals and worked through advanced exercises last Sunday. Don’t worry, we won’t ask you to do anything too gnarly. We were working out ways to work into the big, scary moves.

But mostly, I made this reel for the pleasure of the movement and music together. Grateful for this team. Enjoy.

To be fair, they do offer Reformer classes at an extra cost. But the classes were during prime snorkel time!

I love being able to workout in the way I love at the perfect time for me. This works best on a firmly filled BOSU.

First, lay a towel down over the top of the BOSU because who knows where that’s been. The set up with your hips close to the edge of the BOSU. Scooting away from the BOSU makes it easier.
