Here is something that I say after every class I teach. Truthfully because I have a need to hear it and I figure others do to….

“Remember that you make a difference by being here. This experience is what it is because you are here each and everyone one of you. Never forget this. Be grateful for those who are here sharing in this experience with you and know that together you make it what it is.”

I think it’s revenant to every experience and I enjoy the reminder.

I had a lot of attachment to that hair. I still love it but it felt great to let go.

Maybe it’ll make a come back some day. Change is the only constant right 🤷‍♂️
