foot facility includes a state of the art 35’ x 50’ exercise room featuring a cushioned synthetic floor and high quality sound system, which provides a private and comfortable setting for group exercise. A larger multi-purpose court is available for basketball, large group exercise classes and fitness camps for members of all ages and abilities. Strength training equipment includes Olympic lifting platforms and Icarian weight stations. Convenient options include, individualized and circuit training for the novice or experienced participant. Our cardio theater is filled with over 30 individual and group equipment selections. Spin classes are offered with the use of our 20 Spin bikes. Also offered is TRX Suspension Training which is total body resistance training & Battling Ropes! We have added two heavy bags for some intense boxing. You may check out gloves or purchase your own at our front desk for the boxing equipment. Also, 10 battling ropes, an adult Jungle Gym, along with rope pull and assisted pull-ups to mix things up a bit! A great way to challenge yourself and switch up your routine! Feel like you may need some help or motivation? Personal Trainers are available to help assist you with your goals. For added convenience, we will also have healthy group activities for kids, grades K-6th, and child care for infant to preschool age, at specified hours. At the end of a great work out to further enhance your experience, we offer healthy refreshments at our Smoothie Bar. Our staff is qualified to assist every member to maximize their fitness experience. Each staff member is CPR certified and trained in the use of the Automatic External Defibrillator. Daily, monthly and extended memberships are available. We do NOT have contracts or sign-up fees, so you may choose the membership best suited for you, without additional obligation.
