Proud to share this incredible piece put together over the weekend showcasing what NICA has done for our small part of the world! We started the league six years ago with the goal of bringing new opportunities to rural parts of Kansas, giving back and opening doors for students to learn and grow by bike!

Our athletes have been practicing hard and we are excited to kick off our 2026 Kansas MTB race season at P***n Farm this weekend! Let’s go racin!

This week we had the opportunity to host the Coyote Composite mountain bike team at High Gear for one of their practices!

The team spent some time at the shop working on important skills like fixing flat tires and learning to identify different parts of their bikes. It’s always great to see young riders building confidence both on and off the trail.

We’re proud to support our local riders and the awesome cycling community here in Emporia. Thanks to the Coyote Composite team for spending part of your practice with us!

The weather has us feeling outdoorsy! We rarely get nice weather for outdoor practices in February.

We're back for year 6 in 2026! With nearly 30 students, getting kits sized, learning new names, we are excited to get rolling! There's still time to join, but dont wait, our first race is March 28th!
