13.1!!!! We did it!!
Two years ago, I was getting ready to have a C-section to bring my baby girl into this world. A major abdominal surgery followed by taking care of a brand new life and a postpartum journey ahead.
A year ago, I wasn’t sure where life was going. I had just bought out the gym and become soul owner and was so unsure of the future.
Today, I ran 13.1 miles for the first time in my life, belly laughed with my friends along the way, have a beautiful two year old girl, the most supportive husband and family, and a thriving business that has grown so incredibly much in just one year.
Life has a funny way of showing you just how capable you are!
Half done, HYROX to go!
