We are still looking for anyone who would love to come out, watch some softball, and help support our Emporia Energy athletes on June 6th, 2026. If you’re willing to jump in and help with concessions, gate, or field crews, we would be thrilled to have you join us for a Saturday full of softball and community.

Emporia Energy is excited to host our 3rd Annual Emporia Energy Classic on June 6th, 2026, and we’re looking for volunteers who want to be part of a great day of fastpitch softball in our community.

We need help with field crews, concession stands, and working the gate. Whether you can volunteer all day or just a couple of hours, your support makes a huge difference for our athletes and our organization.

Emporia Energy is hosting a one‑day softball tournament on June 6th, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make it a great day for our local athletes.

We need support with concession stands, working the gate, and cheering on all of our Energy teams throughout the day. As we get closer to the tournament, we’ll share exact time slots and field locations, but if you’re interested in helping, let us know and we’ll reach out as we build the schedule.

This tournament gives our local kids the chance to play in front of their families, teachers, and friends — and your support helps make that possible. We’re excited to once again host a hometown event that brings our community together.

Thank you to everyone who helped plan, gathered donated auction items, placed bids, and served more tacos in three hours than anyone thought possible.

A special shout‑out to the 627 Event Space Bar & Grill Staff for opening on a Sunday and always creating a fun, welcoming space for organizations like ours to raise money.

We’re excited to keep building this event and growing our support for our softball players — on and off the field.
