316 Lure Company SWIMBAITS 3:16 Lure Company offers baits that are 100% original, designed by Mickey Ellis to bring paradigm shifts to the swimbait world. We hope you enjoy them.

A full line of premium swimbaits including trout, bass, bluegills, shad, frogs and saltwater baits. The Mission Fish was released in March of 2000 after 2 years of careful design and development. It became the first and only, truly weedless swimbait. Since it's release in 2000, the Mission Fish has accounted for no fewer than 6 bass over 15lbs including giants of 19-7 and 21-11.2lbs as well as numerous double digit large mouth bass from the United States and Japan. The Sidewinder and Top Dawg were released in March of 2003. They introduced first soft lipless swimbait and the first popper style swimbait. In July of 2003 the soft Bluegill was unveiled, giving anglers a truly fishable realistic bluegill bait. These are the baits of serious tournament anglers, trophy hunters, and bass fishing professionals.

Fish it exactly like the hair jig... it has a rattle trap flutter on the crank and a fast fall for that reaction bite.. my prototypes are heavy for more speed , castability, and solid bottom contact. Always amazes me how simple is better....
