Even though both my mom & Dad didn’t have a father growing up I’m so thankful that my Dad Johnny, has chosen to BE the Change, & be there for me! He supports me & my dreams and chooses to show up & be present whenever he can.

We are so excited to announce our Jr Queen Contestant!

Arria Korn of Nampa, ID is the 13-year-old daughter of Heather and Tim Korn. She just finished 7th grade. She has been a member of JC Riders 4H group for 5 years and loves showing her horse and chickens, and competing in horse bowl. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her horses, Trixie and Brandi. When she's not doing that or working in the barn, she loves to go camping and 4-wheeler riding with her family or play volleyball. She's very excited to have the opportunity to compete for Black Canyon Stock Show and Rodeo JR Queen.

My name is Shiloh Tipton. I am 15 years old and a student at
Middleton High School where I will be a junior next year. I am a current member of High

We are so excited to announce our first Teen Queen Contestants!

Caydie Buffington is the daughter of Colby Buffington and Crysta McMaster. She
is a 16-year-old student entering her junior year at Emmett High School. When Caydie
is not horseback riding, showing, rodeoing, or spending time with her animals, she
enjoys being involved in her community. She is a varsity basketball athlete and serves
as an officer for the Emmett FFA Chapter.Caydie is passionate about agriculture, rodeo,
and helping others. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends while
continuing to pursue the things she loves most. After high school, Caydie hopes to
attend Colorado State University to pursue a career in veterinary medicine or become a
flight paramedic.Caydie is excited for the opportunity to run for the Black Canyon Stock
Show and Rodeo and looks forward to continuing to serve and represent her hometown
community.

We are so excited to announce our Queen Contestant Cearra Henderson.

Cearra Henderson is the 20-year-old daughter of James and Paulette Henderson and is
proud to call Kuna, Idaho, home. She grew up alongside four siblings, including her
identical twin sister, and developed a lifelong passion for horses, rodeo, and agriculture.
Cearra is currently a junior at the University of Montana Western, where she is pursuing
a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Water and Land
Management. Following graduation, she plans to help farmers and ranchers improve
the quality of their soil and water resources, leading to healthier crops and more
productive operations. A lifelong horsewoman, Cearra has competed in Idaho High
School Rodeo, participated in Ada County 4-H Horse for nine years, and earned
numerous rodeo royalty titles and horsemanship honors. She is excited for the
opportunity to represent the Black Canyon Stock Show & Rodeo as Queen and to
promote an organization that has played an important role in her life and her family’s for
many years.

Another incredible evening at the Snake River Stampede last night! It was a night choked full of laughs, and memories not to mention incredible moments in the dirt by bronc & bull riders, Ropers, steer wrestlers, barrel racers, and top-notch entertainment!!! Not to mention a specialty act by my very own team & friends the EhCapa Ba****ck Riders! It’s Never a dull moment at the stampede!

What a wonderful opening night at the Snake River Stampede! Sorrel Aldendorf , Next year‘s Miss Rodeo Idaho was crowned as well as Our very own Lyla Romero was crowned “Miss Teen Rodeo Idaho “ in the main arena.
Like last night, it is always so lovely to spend some time with local and visiting state queens. And to bump into friends while making new ones! It’s going to be a great Stampede week!
