program, the athlete should see rises in fitness levels, an improved
skills base, increased race performances all the while reducing
injury and staying within the triathlete’s provided time
boundaries.

TOMORROW is the big day! Chris Nikic will aim to become the first person with Down syndrome to complete an IRONMAN triathlon at IRONMAN Florida!
