Swiss ball hamstring curls may look simple BUT WAIT until you try them. 🔥
The instability of the ball forces your hamstrings, glutes, core, and all those smaller stabilizing muscles to work overtime. That means better balance, coordination, stability, and overall lower-body strength.
They’re challenging in a completely different way than heavy lifts, but incredibly effective for warm-ups, lighter leg days, recovery work, or rebuilding strength after injury. This was not a natural or easy movement for me when I first started them years ago.
Don’t underestimate the basics. Control, stability, and strength all matter. 👊
