Swiss ball hamstring curls may look simple BUT WAIT until you try them. 🔥

The instability of the ball forces your hamstrings, glutes, core, and all those smaller stabilizing muscles to work overtime. That means better balance, coordination, stability, and overall lower-body strength.

They’re challenging in a completely different way than heavy lifts, but incredibly effective for warm-ups, lighter leg days, recovery work, or rebuilding strength after injury. This was not a natural or easy movement for me when I first started them years ago.

Don’t underestimate the basics. Control, stability, and strength all matter. 👊

Glute-focused training only works if you fuel the growth. 🍑 Every one wants a juicy b***y until they have to put in the work and eat the calories 🤪
You can’t expect your glutes to grow while constantly under eating and living in a calorie deficit. Maintenance or a slight surplus, high protein, consistency, and hard training ….that’s where the growth happens.

Ladies there are some really easy ways to start your weight loss journey or just changing the way you eat. I know that counting macros and calories and weighing food can be overwhelming for some at first. I wanted to share this diagram that is such an EASY place to start. I have coached many women who started with this same diagram and lost weight while feeling in control yet being balanced. If you have any questions let me know.
