Ready to link your beats into smooth, fluid dynamic sequences? This workshop is for those with a solid foundation who want to connect skills into satisfying, intentional flow. We’ll play with dynamic transitions using C-shapes (think meathooks, scorpions, etc), plus catch-and-release elements to build timing, coordination, and flow. Expect to focus on using momentum to make your movement feel lighter and more connected. Perfect for anyone ready to move beyond single tricks and start flowing through dynamic sequences with confidence and control. Level: Intermediate - Advanced Pre-requisites: Strong foundation of basic beats (ie. bell, pike, front back, and straddle beats), single arm holds (flag), basic c-shaping
