You might notice this platform is frequently seen in our other posts, and that's because its ability to deny enemy maneuverability is unmatched.

Without cover, there is no advance, and the MCR's design – allowing for both high-volume suppression and accurate, aimed fire – provides us with the tactical advantage needed to control the objective and achieve victory.

I often have to remind myself not to look back too deeply into the past.

Sure, it was nice to work with a solid crew that you had been rolling with over 5 years, seeing all sorts of BBwarz action together and getting it done seemingly flawlessly.

You can sit there and reminisce, wishing you had all that again. Or, you can truely appreciate the guys you're now currently rolling with, and build something that's even better than before.

The .usa MCR airsoft replica by Matrix/Golden Eagle has proven itself to be one of our best investments since our teams original start in the mid 2010's.

As part of our "modernization" process following a several years long hiatus, it was imperative that we increase our firepower, as we were finding ourselves outgunned and unable to properly engage in support by fire tactics that the team had originally utilized years ago.

With the purchase of the MCR airsoft replica, we quickly saw an advantage in having an AR platform based infantry automatic rifle, as it increased our flexibility compared to our previous experiences with other systems such as the MK46/MK48.

The light-weight design makes for a very beneficial ease of use; as some of our smaller, younger members are able to field the MCR with great ease.

The "dual-feed" capability has allowed for us to quickly prepare the system for a support role utilizing the belt field box magazine for higher sustained rates of fire, or an assaulting role utilizing STANAG compliant style mid to high capacity airsoft magazines, which reduces overall weapon weight, and increases maneuverability/manipulation. We are also fond of the dual-feed system as it increases overall unit standardization for magazines.

Selective fire is greatly appreciated as well, for this let's the MCR be used at locations where rules set by certain playing fields/events dictate semi only indoors/CQB. While it may be restricted to semi automatic in this circumstance, it's supportive role is still viable due to ammo capacity.

While our particular version of the MCR may only be suitable for simulated combat, our experience with it has allowed us to see the value in this platforms real world variation; so with that, a special thank you to Fightlite.
