With the news we received that Sunday morning I didn’t (dad) feel it was right to recap the weekend of final club race of the year. However Nana was always proud of her boys and was usually the first commentator so here goes. Best memory serves!

Jacob racked up 2 more wins( Sr Animal and Lt world) !! And a second (sr Honda). He picked up his 11th&12th season championships this year. He’s been pretty good at the club level the last 4 years. This was probably he last run for club points as I think our plan will be to focus more on regional and national races next year with him

Hudson had a decent weekend. Pretty sure he was p5/6 in Sr Honda and 3rd in his Zeisloft Motorsports lt160. Scoring his highest season points standing of 2ed in Sr Honda and 4th in Lt 160. The amount of growth over the season he has shown has been amazing to watch.

I can’t thank our sponsors and suppliers enough for helping us make it through this long, busy season. ( still some more races and boxes to check though)

I also have to give a special shoutout to Mr David Zeisloft for all he has done for Hudson this season. All those extra laps even the ones where his tongue was hanging out were a tremendous benefit to Hudson. He really wanted to get you a win this year just came up a little short. A lot of teams are celebrating championships and race victories this weekend, and we’ll get back to celebrating those accomplishments later this week.

For now, we’ll be sharing pictures of the boys with their Nana, in honor of her memory.

Her sudden passing this morning was a call none of us ever expected to receive, especially while we were at the track. We immediately packed up and headed home to be with our family. In a moment that was incredibly difficult, I can’t thank our racing family enough for how quickly everyone stepped up to help us. I honestly think that may have been a record time for us getting packed up and on the road.

Today is a reminder to hold your loved ones a little tighter, cherish the moments you have together, and take the pictures. You never know when you’re capturing a moment that will become your last.

Rest in peace, Nana. We love you, and we will miss you more than words can say. ❤️

In honor of Case Higgins, we’re launching the .

Case continues to fight every day, and our family continues to pray for him and the Higgins family. Our hope is to encourage every racer to practice one of the most important safety skills there is: getting out of the race car quickly in the event of an emergency.

How to participate:

🔹Have someone video you and post it, tagging Factory Fourteen and using .

🔹Challenge 3 other racers to complete the .

🔹Wear all of your safety gear with your belts latched, neck restraint connected, and visor down.

🔹Start with both hands on the steering wheel. The timer begins the moment your hands leave the wheel.

🔹Before unbuckling your belts, turn off all master/power switches on the dash.

🔹Exit the race car as quickly and safely as possible. The timer stops when both feet touch the ground.

It’s important to us that every driver is confident and comfortable getting out of their race car in an emergency. No matter what type of car you race, what class or division you compete in, or your age, we encourage you to participate and help spread awareness.

To encourage as many drivers as possible to get involved, everyone who completes the and follows the rules will be entered into a drawing. Five winners will each receive a Factory Fourteen merchandise bundle valued at over $100 each.

The challenge runs through August 31st, and we’ll announce the winners on September 1st.

Every driver should practice and become comfortable with the skill of safely exiting their race car in case they are in a situation when it’s needed most. We encourage parents, crews, and teams to make it part of their routine.
