What is your routine a MAJORITY of the time?
Sleep, diet, exercise, what you drink, what you watch, what you listen too, etc.
Check yourself. Does this effect me negatively or positively? Does it drain me? Make me feel sad? Do you like yourself, or are you fighting with your body?
Make a list of these things and note how your current routine makes you feel, physically and mentally. If by the end of the day your unsatisfied with your results, odds are something needs to change.
