We are beyond excited that we are racing this weekend with another new vet.

Jay Sprague from Bronx, New York will be joining us along with his fiancee Lee and two sons Jamie Jr and Giorgio.

Jay was enlisted in the Navy from 2006 to 2014 where he was an Aviation Machinist Mate 2nd class for E-2C Hawkeyes and the C-130 platforms. He was first stationed aboard the USS Saipan for training. Afterwards he was transferred to Dobbins AFB, Ga attached to VAW-77 taking part in drug interdiction throughout Central and South America as a crew chief on the C-130. Jay subsequently transferred to NAS JRB Fort Worth TX, attached to Marine Aviation Logisitcs Squadron 41 as a Quality Assurance Inspector. Aviation Machinist Mate 2nd Class Sprague then transitioned to the reserves and spent the remainder of his time at Kadena AFB in Okinawa Japan from 2011-2014.

Jay and his family now reside in Covington, GA where he is the Finance Manager for Mountain Motorsports Conyers.
