We are a 24/7 gym but we also have staffed hours when you can come in and sign up. We have cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, and stretching space.

It is with great excitement that we announce Flex Fitness has NEW OWNERS!! and will now be PHIFERS FITNESS!!!! Your key fobs will work for now and they will be honoring all of our current contracts.
